– People : We as your BIM Manager acts as a bridge between technical project teams and project leadership. They facilitate collaboration, ensuring that every stakeholder understands their responsibilities regarding data entry, benchmark monitoring, quality assurance and model sharing.
– Process : We initiate and involve in establishing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The BEP is the “rulebook” for the BIM project, defining the Level of Development (LOD), naming conventions, folder structure, file link structure etc. and the frequency of data exchanges between stakeholders.
– Technology : We use software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Plannerly, BIM 360 Pro, are the tools, BIM Management ensures these tools work in harmony. This includes managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)—a single source of truth where all project information is stored, controlled, benchmarked and accessed.
